Useless & pathetic service from DR. JLF Kock's practice and useless receptionist

I have never come along a more unprofessional practice. The receptionist does not answer her phone and the physician goes on leave leaving patients with no one standing in for him. I needed a repeat prescription as I am diabetic and when I sent an email to Dr. Kock from Netcare Lifestyle Management Park in Centurion's receptionist asking for a repeat prescription because I could net get medication without a new prescription she just responded that he is on leave and will be back after Easter. I responded to her email (Jo-Anne is her name) asking who was standing in for him as this is very unprofessional and that I wanted an answer as I would report this to the HPCSA. She just ignored my email.
