GOOD DOCTOR, BAD ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE

Dr Fourie himself is a very good doctor. However, his administrative staff are the worst! Since my Dad has been getting injections for dry macular degeneration, I have had the runaround when it comes to obtaining OCT Reports and Motivation Letters. I battle my **** off to get these in order to get an authorisation from my Dad's medical aid. I have sent numerous emails to the practice so that I can try and sort this out with either Dr Fourie himself or the practice manager, but my emails go unanswered.
