Dr Spies accounting totally unprofessional

When I paid my bill I requested a receipt for SARS purpose. The accounts department never rep****. I did not pay the bill, requesting for an receipt on previous payment, no reply, then I get 4 similar emails for the same bill. I think the accounts department is very unprofessional and *********** to do the job. Client's shoul be respected at all times
