Rudest Receptionist

Since the passing of DR Nelson his wife is still the receptionist. I have never spoken to such a rude lady. She does not want to email me my medical history with DR Nelson as the RAF need it. She always has a problem with me, She thinks she is a DR because I went in one day to see DR Nelson and she said :"DR said he does not want to see you. Please leave."! She had no manners or respect for anyone. Where is the Hippocratic Oath DR Nelson took, not his wife. She is a receptionist.

I shall tell everyone about her behavior as she is plain spiteful and rude, No wonder no one likes her....
