Dr Stalmann was the anaesthesiologist for an operation on the 17th of November 2023. Medical aid paid their portion on the 6th of December 2024. The invoice was requested on the 11th of January, accounts responded asking for Medical aid number and nothing further. END OF APRIL - LAWYER'S LETTER TO PAY DOUBLE OR GET BLACKLISTED! Finally received the statement from the lawyers end of April because accounts department was sending to the wrong e-mail address and did not follow up once. LOOK AT THE WAY THEY WORK: On the 8th of December a FINAL NOTICE was sent and the 8th of January 24% interest was charged. Another 24% interest was charged 31st of January and another 24% interest charged 1st of Feb. End of Feb: HANDOVER, PAY OR GET BLACKLISTED. Another 24% interest charged beginning of April and then R1500 for the handover to the lawyers. A complaint will be lodged with the HPCSA.
