The worst experience ever

My wife is pregnant with our first born and she has medical aid but is not covered due the fact that there is a waiting period , meaning I am liable for all charges.Money is not the issue as my wife went through all of her check ups and test.She has a full medical history the only problem is that our local GP did not refer us to a gynecologist early enough. My wife is 32 weeks pregnant.When my wife brought up the fact that when do we need to see a gynecologist to our GP only then he advised us as soon as possible .The problem came when we started looking for a suitable gynecologist to suit my wifes needs.This is when things went sideways.Firstly the receptionist was so rude the first time I phoned to make a appointment.Stating that the doctor will not see my wife if she does not have all of her medical documents , then when we pitch for the appointment the receptionist insisted that we where late and missed our appointment , my wife told her it cant be because she wrote the time next to the date.The receptionist insisted that my wife made the mistake and therefore can not help us anymore.She made my wife a lair infront of all the other patients.Is this how you treat people??
