Rude receptionist and poor accounts control

My review is not against the Doctor but Mrs Engelbrect -the lady at reception who sits on her high horse and is extremely rude and unprofessional thereby creating a very bad impression . I tried calling the rooms when I received a very threatening voice mail from her which she denied was from herself even though the caller identifies themself as Mrs Engelbrect (?). I still have the voicemail. Nonetheless it was in connection with an outstanding account that I was not aware of and I wanted to sort this out. Funny thing the amount was minuscule to consider legal action . The issue was not that I did not want to pay but I was not aware . Mrs Engelbrecht was so rude and did not even listen to me speaking and I had no choice but to terminate the call.She was speaking to me in a very condescending manner as if she was reprimanding a child and just went on and on. Yes Dr Van Staden is very good as he performed my spine op , but his accounts team needs some etiquette training and customer relationship management. Ultimately they are a part of him and I would think twice to go to him due to staff like this.
