Poor service
This Doctor is only in this business for the money and his secretary is so damn rude. I phoned in today at 11am to ask what time they would close so I can come in for an injection because I have the flu and his secretary informs me that they close at 17:30 and I said I would come at 17:00 and she asked me if I can’t come in earlier due to them not having any other patients for a while and I told her I’m working I can’t leave early and if that’s their operating hours I’m sure it’s fine if I come I was not asking them to stay later than what is stated. She said okay and took my name and surname and asked me if it’s cash or medical aid and I informed her medical aid and she said okay thank you. One would assume their appointment is made. I even pleaded with my boss to let me go half an hour earlier so I would each at 16:30 and I did go and the entire surgery is closed and locked. What nonsense is this? As someone who is working when must I then find the time to go to the doctor with inconsiderate people like this. He calls himself a doctor and doctors are supposed to help and heal and be compassionate. I’m sick and tired of Dr Lazrus and his rude secretary. Something needs to be done about this.
