We are denied medical records to access chronic medication to go consult to another Doctor who is available to help.

The doctor is on leave and they are refusing to give husband file they say it's their property and it's not their fault he doesn't have medication and she insisted it's not like he is dying or if we are facing financial challenges we can go to the clinic and when we use medical aid, she made it clear that we won't even get copies because the file is the doctors property. This doctor is far and I called requesting a telephonic consultation or a script until he sees the doctor before his medication finished, but they refused when the doctor was still around. I even explained our financial issue and distance and no one seemed to care

All I'm asking it's the copy of his file but all we get is someone who is rude and claiming all medical records belong to the doctor when we pay for the services including blood test.

She says we can go to any pharmacy to give us scripts yet she cannot do it, so the scripts the pharmacy must give us doesn't belong to them she was even screaming at us.
