DISSERVICE BY MEDICAL DOCTOR

On 15.10.2015, my daughter went to see Janet Cole with a list of problems she needed advice on. As a pure co-incidence, my colleague also had an appointment with Janet Cole on the same day. Janet during both consultations was rude, surly and dismissive, basically giving them both the impression that they were both idiots and did not know what they were talking about. My colleague. who is not on medical aid, had saved up for months to go Janet Cole and left her rooms in an absolute state. My daughter, was sent for a blood test which was a total waste of money as it had NOTHING to do with the advice she was seeking. As my daughter is unemployed, I paid half of the R900.00 that was invoiced for the\non-consultation\". I personally called the accounts department and advised them of my reason for paying half as I felt that Janet Cole had fallen short in her \"service\" to my daughter and that it was not even worth the R450.00. My colleague sent a 2 page email to Janet Cole advising her of her absolute mortification at being treated that way by a professional and was not even given the courtesy of a reply. Janet Cole now has the cheek to \"hand over\" the R450 for collection???!!!"
