Terrible Dr Admin

We repeatedly contacted the accounts department to resend us the invoice as it was incorrect. Our medical aid and doctor invoice did not correspond. We subsequently got handed over to lawyers for collection... When we tried to call and resolve the issue, we were greeted with a very hostile lady on the line who would not listen to a word we had to say and said we were in the wrong even after only receiving the invoice 3months later.. We had a written agreement with doctors to pay said bill, then a week later it all changed. Not sure what happened or what circus they running over there.. Never use Doc Jan Heyl as he over charges and his admin side will drop you in big K%k.
