Incompetency of 247 GP (Fourways)

My girlfriend went to this facility (247 Gp, Fourways) after which she was referred to a hospital for ultrasound. She went for the ultrasound the next day, the hospital issued the results to the facility an hour after the ultrasound. It has been a week today without feedback from facility. We have called multiple times with no success. All we get is the doctor will call at 13:00, the doctor will call at 14:00 until the day ends. I have never experienced such incompetency in my lifetime.

The worst part is that they do not care about the well being, health anf life of patients. Because whatever she went for an ultrasound for has probably progressed so much in a week. And she's in excruciating pain while waiting for a way forward from the doctor, while she could have been treated a day or two after ultrasound. Such facilities must be reported to HPCSA.
