Shocking service received from Dr Jacobs Health Shoes
Purchased a pair of shoes on the 17th April and to date have not received any correspondence relating to delivery; all emails remain unanswered and they have the audacity to continue sending marketing emails. I realize that it is 8 business days since purchase but the common decency would be to respond to emails. Their delivery timelines given on the site states 5 to 7 days. I will keep you updated on delivery.

06 May 2026, 08:54Hi, finally received the shoes today (6/05/2026); However to date, all of my emails remain unanswered. It is concerning that the supplier does not have any contact details or trades with a gmail email address. That being said, the shoes are beautiful and was received in good condition.
