Joey Smal Order no: 12347

I have ordered a pair of shoes from them on the 30th of January and never received it. I sent an email to query the order and they rep**** a day later to tell me the order has been handed over to a courier on the 13th of February and a automated email with the tracking details was sent to me. I never received anything. Now they ignore me. I got a email today to tell me they are closed until the 26th of February. I got no answers from them and still don't know what happened to my order. Very Very poor service. In fact none at all!
