I felt so bad

Dr. J. De Beer is a wonderful doctor, he makes sure that I feel comfortable and makes me feel at ease, but the secretary at the reception desk is not very professional. I was spoken down to and she **** about menial things: take my medical report for instance, when I later returned to ask if the doctor could use an updated form(the embassy rejected the first copy and I was willing to pay for the update) , she had the audacity to lie straight to my face and tell me that the practice does not do medical tests like that... WHAT! Both my wife and I had just paid for it and she's telling me they don't do it??? If this was a sign of subtle ****** or just being overworked then she deserves a break. Today when I went to collect my form and she hadn't attached my passport photo, when I asked if she could glue it and then stamp on it, she said they didn't have glue; I noted that my wife's was glued to the form, but I didn't argue. After returning from the supermarket to buy the glue, she **** to me again. Apparently Dr De Beers stamp wasn't available, but as soon as I asked if I could return tomorrow to pick up the form, she marched(with an attitude) back down the hall to the doctors office stamped my form and returned it to me....if I am an irritation to her, then I am afraid that your practice has just lost my entire family.
