My husband was referred to this Neurochirgeon. The reception lady told us that the Dr didn't work with medical aid and we had to pay R1,000.00 when we arrive for the appointment, which we could claim back from our medical aid. Once I claimed this, my medical aid advised me that they're agreed rate with the Dr for the consultation was only R249.80 and that I was not laible for the R750.20. I have mailed and phoned this practive numerous times without any response. Their accounts department contacted me (Nahdira) and advised that they will not pay this back. This is ****************!!
