Dr J van A Vorster anything but a specialist

I was supposed to have a procedure done at the Dr as he is seen as a specialist. I did not receive a specialist's service from this institution. I was for more than a month in correspondence with the office of the Doctor to ensure that no problems arise with co-payments. A day before the procedure the office notified me that there might be an additional co-payment of up to R15 000 but they could not specify the exact amount. How can one only specify this a day before the procedure? After one month of correspondence? I would not recommend this Dr to anyone!
