********* practical by a general practitioner Dr J Modi, based at ABSA Towers west. This doctor writes 2 comparably different notes to send a person to a mental institution 2 days away from corona lockdown and has colluded with another doctors to drive an ultimatum where the employee had no choice but to save their life and health by doing a forced resignation. The doctor did not do any self evaluation or assessment before giving both medical notes. 7 months later she requests the bill to be paid of which the employee has not even requested medical attention or an appointment with her. The doctor has done this because she knows she had behaved *********ly and against the hipocratical oath that she will be reported to health practitioners council of South Africa
