Poor Service

The receptionists for Dr J Markram are incredibly hard to deal with, I requested a motivational letter from the Dr nearly 3 weeks ago, I sent two follow up emails after my original request and I received a response on a Thursday afternoon explaining that the Dr was not in and will be back on the Monday, the next Tuesday I followed up, no response.
