Not very professional

I went to Dr J Du Preez (dentist) on Ondekkers (JHB) with a painfull broken off tooth, he told me to come back in a week cause i had to take antibiotics. Before i left i asked the accounts lady do i owe anything, she said NO, few days later i get a bill - well i paid it. After a week i went back and he said he took the nerve out and put a filling in, again i asked the accounts lady to i owe anything and she said NO. So in the mean time, my filling fell out, and when i eat i get shock pains so which tells me he never took out the nerve. I got home and my mother told me she phoned her and asked for money which i feel is very low. According to the accounts lady she e-mailed me numerous times, which is a lie. I still sit with the same problem and it cost me money for nothing. I am seriously not happy with Dr. du Preez accounts lady how she handled everything. I just feel my family has nothing to do with my medical history. It is personal.
