Pathetic customers service Dr J Akoo chatsworth

A few months back my hubby and I consulted this dr regarding a procedure...the amount of R1800 was given at the consult ...an appointment was made but we cudnt make it due to a family matter I called and said I will reschedule... Today I called to schedule an appointment for Wednesday to go ahead with the procedure when the ever so rude receptionist answers insist I must come in today which I told her I cudnt coz my husband can't get leave wenever he fells like it...so she did say Wednesday is fine and then tells me the procedure is gone 2 R2200 I said to her a few months back I came in there and it was 1800 how many times a year do u have a price increase coz I cant just pull out 2200 esp wen I budgeted R1800...she was so arrogant and told me she does not have to answer any of my questions and I shud go to a government hospital...with the back up of the dr in da background... Then my husband called the dr directly he was just as rude and gave him the same answers...

For a man with such professionalism his attitude stinks He is not a dr who is out there 4 his community but to make money instead...
