I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The doctor presented himself as being concerned about my medical aid benefits and repeatedly spoke about how quickly benefits can run out, despite the fact that this was the very first time I had used my medical aid.

During the consultation, he explained what he normally charges medical aid patients. However, I later discovered that he billed for services that were never performed and charged amounts that were higher than what had been discussed. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of his billing practices.

The consultation itself consisted largely of discussions about medical aid costs and how expensive healthcare can be, rather than meaningful patient care. I left feeling misled and dissatisfied.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and care that prioritizes their well-being. I hope these concerns are addressed so that future patients do not have a similar experience.
