INCORRECT JUDGEMENT PUT IN MY NAME

I used this doctor during Surgery for my daughters ceasar and when he billed me they put the incorrect Invoice number. The Medical Aid advised them and they corrected this and sent the correct Invoice number and were paid. Their attorneys phoned me and I advised them the account was settled however they went ahead and put a judgment against my name. Now the attorneys apologized and sent me a letter confirming it was an error however ITC refuses to remove my name.<br> <br> I cannot do anything as this has affected my credit profile
