Dr Hoosen Sandton City : unprofessional and unpunctual

We had an appointment for 11:30 with Dr Hoosen in Santon City. We actually arrived before time. We had a toddler, and infant and my husband (3 patients), and I had explained that we could not wait very long, due to having sick babies with us. Well, that did not bother them in the least, on arrival they asked us to wait in a room, we ended up waiting until 1pm, only to find out that other patients had been waiting from 9am, also seated in other random consulting rooms, with no assistance. We then canceled the appointment and yet again expressed our utter disappointment with the lack of concern or communication. Don’t bother visiting this Dr, they have zero communication skills and are absolutely unprofessional with no regard for patients. When speaking to other patients, it seems the trend is to take on as many bookings as possible, with no actual consideration on sticking to appointment times. You will literally wait for hours, while ill, with no assistance.
