unacceptable and bad service

In December 2023 he prescribed medication (for 6 months), the new appointment was set for June 2024.

In Jan 2024 I called him more than 5 (12) times about side effects of the medication he prescribed. Because all calls were unsuccessful, I finally asked for a call back. This did not happen as of today (15. March 2024).

The prescription, which was supposed to be valid for 6 months, was only effective for 3 months. They tried to tell me that it was only issued for 3 months. That was a lie because the prescription was supposed to last until the next appointment in June 2024 . I was promised that the new prescribtion would be sent to me by email. 4 days later and after 3 calls, the prescription still hadn't been sent.

When I read through his previous reviews, I wonder if he/his practice only treats a certain gender in a friendly and caring way……

I have never seen a doctor’s practice with so many failed appointments.

For me a completely unacceptable and bad service! The people/practice are not equipped and suitable for the 21st century. And, employing ******** staff makes an employer just as ********!
