Bad attitude & extremely unprofessional.

Hi there.<br> I have a client that has app**** for life cover and have disclosed a history of TB.The above-mentioned Dr was the treating physician and when enquiring about the Dr completing the TBQD(question-air),I have received only bad attitude and utter lack of professional from the person in question<br> This is the workplace and working with people's lives there is no time for unprofessional behaviour and if you lack professional attics you should not be in that position.Up until now we have not been helped by the said person displaying further signs of extreme ****iness.<br> Thank you.
