Thanks for the good service

I have never been so wowed by service like this in a very long time. I spoke with the lady, receptionist over the phone to make an appointment to see the dentist. She was friendly and efficient and gave me an 11:15 slot and advised me to be there at 11 to complete the paperwork. I got there 10 min before 11, did the paperwork. And 11:15 I was called in. Such professionalism impresses me because at other medical centers you will be told that your appointment is at a certain time and get to be assisted an hour or longer later. Dr was friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. I'm really happy.
