Instruments (value of R18,400) not delivered

Dr Heidi Twilley was responsible for leading and managing the Kindermusik SA business as the only licensed intermediate between Kindermusik International (based in USA) and the various Kindermusik educators in South Africa. She was responsible for training and certifying new Kindermusik educators.

My wife, Jurinti (Wolhuter) Du Preez, was trained as a Kindermusik educator at Dr Heidi Twilley t/a Kindermusik South Africa on 7 & 8 June 2018. The cost of the training & certification was R21,500, including KM Essentials Instrument Package 21 to the value of R18,400 incl VAT - list of instruments available.

The full amount of R21,500 was paid to Kindermusik SA - proof of payment available.

From the time of her certification up to date today (12 April 2019), we have received none (zero) of the promised instruments, apart from a very small tambourine - NO proof of delivery available.

This was brought to Dr. Heidi's attention by email 18 October 2018, but there was no response, apart from refering us to her attorney, Marthin Oosthuizen.

We have corresponded with the attorney on 08 March 2019, but since then we have not received our money back.

Dr Heidi Twilley's contract with Kindermusik International was terminated in August 2018, thus Kindermusik SA is no longer operating. However, Dr Twilley has since the end of 2018 indicated to be starting up a new business, similar to Kindermusik, named In the Womb.

Dr Heidi Twilley is a qualified Prenatal The****** with more than 20 years experience in this industry. This act of dishonesty is totally unacceptable.
