Receptionist of Dr Hartley

My experience was really unpleasant, unappreciated and rude. The receptionist of Dr Hartley was impersonal and cold, completely uncaring. She didn’t enquirer about my health at all she was just blunt and rude, she had no idea of the severity of my condition and showed that she didn’t care at all, even a doctors referal meant nothing, she didn’t even read the referal to see what was wrong with me, she is definitely not a people person and all she could say is that the doctor is fully booked, I am now sitting in hospital, where she could have helped me by enquirering about the severity whilst I was there. As a receptionist she should know to enquirer about the Patient and the severity, so even if the doctor is fully booked she could make an effort and spoke to the doctor to let him decide if I could wait a week or not. I guess this reflects on the doctor as well.
