We recently bought a bag of Dr. Hahnz cat food from the Pick n Pay at the Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg but when we opened the bag something didn’t look quite right. We immediately reached out to the Dr. Hahnz team and from the very first call Yveline and Shareez handled the situation with such friendliness and professionalism. They took our concern seriously, followed up immediately and arranged a replacement bag at no charge.

The best part? They didn’t just “fix a problem” they truly cared. Their communication was warm, quick and sincere which made us feel valued as a customer. Now our two little fur babies are back to enjoying their favourite food and we’re even more confident in the Dr. Hahnz brand.
