Great Dog Food Lousy customer service responses

Dog food is great ,.my dog really enjoyed it. Customer service lacks. I sent ane amol to enquire about payment methods for their online shop and received one of the worst DEAD DULL email responses from a company, just two words and I responded back informing that am a customer doing an enquiry. Lack of enthusiasm, not sure but please give some of the email response team more email response training. Was a terrible response to my email.
