Good food BAD SERVICE!

I am so dissapointed with the customer service of Dr Hahnz. Because my local shops do not carry the dog food. I recently started ordering bags from them directly.

My first order there was no communication or updated but at least got my order within a week.

My second order got nothing after a week. Contacted them only got through to speak to someone on the third day. Then the lady told me they were unsure about my order. But why could they not pick up the phone and call to clear it up. But no she promised me it will be sent out that same day and will be delivered in two working days.

After two days nothing. Phoned again and after four times got through to a operator. She confirmed that it has not been sent out. But at least got it sent out that day and sent me a waybill.

I will never order from them again.
