I have filled in their online enquiry form twice in 2015 asking for a quote on delivery. This was flat-out ignored.
When I got my new puppy 3 weeks ago my friend urged me to try again and simply place the order anyway. I gave them some money on the 23rd of December and lo and behold someone responded! I was informed that their office is closed for the holidays and requested a refund. Instead of refunding me they made a promise of delivery on the 29th. It now seems they had no intention of delivering on that promise. Several people were cc'd into the email and I don't actually care if the mistake was made by the manufacturer or the logistics side. My agreement was with Dr Hanhz.
The value of the purchase was 150-odd bucks. IT HAS COST ME NEARLY FOUR TIMES THAT AMOUNT to try and source food on the 30th and 31st of December when a) stores are closed b) don't stock puppy food and c) public transport is less available and they still have my money!
I'm recovering from long-term illness and buying groceries is difficult. This would have been one less thing to worry about.
I hear it's a good product. Too bad I never get to try it.
I am once again being ignored. Why bother selling online?
