Horrible Service

U hav put me through so much pain. The receptionist at Dr Gopal says that u KNOW that he is in theater on a friday afternoon but yet u send me to him. Apparentlly its nt the fisrt patient this has happened to that u assisted. He will only be back after the long weekend.I TOLD u abt my teeth yet u did not LISTEN to ur patient. U told me u will give me an injection yet u dissappeared for 20 min. Your assistant & u made fun of my teeth yet u dont KNOW what happened in my past. U treated me & spoke to me like im a small child & felt very small after u told me that im lying abt feeling pain. At least the drs that assisted before was very professional & kind although that experience was very traumatising. That is why I was so nervous & scared. But U had NO EMPATHY with ur patient. Im in pain now but i FORGIVE u. I hope u have a good nights sleep. Thank you.

This is the message I sent to Dr H Mohammed in 11 Durban Road Korsten P.e and convieniently she has changed her number. Never will I make the mistake of going there again.
