Dissatisfied service

On my weekly visits to my favorite retail store in Oakfields center I saw a dentist practice and because of position I recommended the dentist to a friend and she decided to make a booking on the 21 th of June. After a quick consultation she was informed to pay bill at front desk f nearly R700 and will receive a quote the following day. Today more than 2 weeks later she still in pain and still no quote. Is this the service you expect from a medical professional.
