Unprofessional and rude

Dr PCN Gwamanda is so rude and unprofessional ,i wonder if she's really a paedetrian,she sent some 1 from target laboratory to withdraw blood from my new born,the guy took almost 30 minutes trying to find a vein and my baby was crying non stop,even today my heart is still painful from what i saw just imagine in a private hospital,she also claimed from the medical aid that 7 months after the baby was born and medical aid didn't pay they said she should have claimed wthin 4 months and i had to pay her cash coz she was threatening to take me to lawyer,will never ever ever allow her to touch my baby sorry.
