Horrible service

Rude and arrogant lady. I would not recommend. My appointment was at 12:00, was only attended at 17:30. She has no regard for her patients. She leaves the practice for hours without attending to her patients. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Never visiting the practice again. Props to the receptionist though, she’s a lovely lady.
