Bad attitude and bad treatment

We received a very poor service and on top of that with bad attitude & she was unprofessional. My daughter was admitted into Pediatric ICU... Then on the 8th she never attended my daughter as any other doctor would do with the patient. We called her around 6 asked if she's gonna come see my daughter coz we are worried and we wanna know about the progress of the child... She gave us attitude and told us "I had a family matter and unfortunately my family comes first". Then she got to the hospital around to 8pm, she had the nerve to repeat it in front of the mother of the child that her family comes first" and she repeatedly said it unbothered. I can go on and on about this doctor and his bad attitude towards her patients(us). We ended up signing the Refusal of treatment Form and asked for voluntary discharge from the hospital coz we couldn't go on with a doctor who doesn't respect his work/job and his patients. She caused trauma to the mother of my child with lot of sensitive things she said that night. I've never met such an unprofessional doctor in my life!!!
