Terrible service

It is really so unfortunate that I did not experience the service of this doctor. Especially because I have seen the great reviews and wanted to go to him because of that. However the white male receptionist I found there was incredibly rude.

I get to the doctors rooms with my 3 year old son and walk in and without greeting me he just says. I noticed you did not wash your hands (rightfully so but can you greet me and ask me nicely to remember to do it) I then walk back with my son and get sanitised. I then walk back explaining that I have never visited before and proceed to ask him the doctor is available, he then says 11:30. I say OK, however I would like to go try another doctor ( this was because I was in need to urgent help at that time) he then goes on to erase my name on the list and says I won’t write your name , I am just not going to bother ?like was that even necessary. I tell him straight that he is rude and I will not come back here. He behaviour is truly appalling, he has not customer service skills... I am not sure he understands that he represents the doctor and his practise to just treat people like this. If your are going to work with people you can not be this rude. I am so disgusted by his behaviour and sadden that I will never know is this doctor lives up to all the great reviews I’ve seen... it’s truly so unfortunate that his frontline worker has just lost a household as a customer.
