Dont care attitude

I went to dr Goldswain in August after my GP diagnosed me with RA. I went for a follow up appointment in September to see how I was doing on my new meds. I had to pay for my appointments and medicine as my medical aid was exhausted. Now after 5 months dr Goldswain still has not registered me on my medical aid for RA and when I phone they keep telling me they will give the information to the dr and she will do it. Today I phoned again and was told she will do it when she gets time as she has a lot of patients in hospital. Clearly I am not important enough to assist to get my medication.
