Arrogant with a no care attitude

Arrogant in the extreme with no regard for her patients/families of patients. ********* (wanted to keep my aged mom in hospital while she went away for a few days without even telling us - even tho my mom was not being treated for anything. How much was this costing the medical aid??? ) Phoned numerous times over a clue of weeks in an effort to get test results (cat scan, mri, bloods etc... ) to no avail. Fortunately the specialist who we took her to in JHB managed to get them in a day. Dr Goldswain you need to learn that your patie ts matter, without them you have no income. Learn some humility and respect and just be ethical. You are a disgrace to your profession
