This is directed at the admin dept and not the Doctors. I requested chronic medication scripts on 28 Sept 2023 via email and have emailed and whatsapped a few times thereafter. There response after many days was they cant email. They then said I must collect the script at the Dr's Rooms (based in Primrose, Germiston) I explained that I am in KZN and asked them to please take a photo of script and whatsapp to me and was told nobody can do that.
