Codes incorrect - unable to claim properly through medical and gap cover / superbug contracted in hospital not managed nor handled well by Doctor

Colonoscopy and Gastroscopy scope has resulted in the following: 1. incorrect codes (so neither medical nor nor GAP cover has paid, giving up now 16 months later 2. Family member chased out of practice for insisting on help due to contracting superbug in the hospital - we have had to find a dermatologist and spend thousands on constant biopsies and treatment (18 months later, still flares up)

This is the same doctor that did a large operation previously, which was being checked on via a simple scope a few year later.

This could have been handled very differently: - Admin code rectification and submission to medical aid done timeously - referral to Dermatologist and/or perhaps the wound clinic in the hospital with an explanation of why - Treating clients with empathy and respect
