Unproffessional

I had a shortfall payment with my medical aid contacted them where by they said the problem is on the acc & i must phone dr Gideon Smit's practice.i phone the practice spoke to Yolande at accounts while i was explaining she told me to listen to her but her tone of voice sounded like she was cross at me then i told her i want to finish explaining after giving me 2 different stories she slammed the phone in my ear....she was very unproffessional & rude & i will never make use of their services again.
