Bad service from a “Medical” doctor

My cousin,nephew and I went to Dr G R Mfikwe in orchards extension 4279 Deetlefs street for medical attention as he was collapsing continuously. When we got there we filled in the file and when it was my nephew’s turn to be checked out, he collapsed again. The dr then carried him on to the bed in his examining room. He asked what’s happening with my nephew, we explained and said we do not know but he keeps collapsing hence we brought him here . He then said he needs to go to the hospital because he is showing signs of low blood. He then said he will try to assist with a drip in the meantime but “We” need to take him to the hospital. He wasn’t going to call an ambulance or anything he was just going to give us a referral letter . He then proceeded ( in a hurry) to try and put my nephew on a drip . He injected him more than 4 times saying that he can’t locate a vein . He then asked his assistant to make my nephew sugar water for my nephew to drink in the mean time. We waited for him to try and locate the “vein” but with no luck. And he just said we should take my nephew to the hospital. That time we paid the full R500 consultation fee to only be assisted with sugar water and a referral letter . He was in such a hurry that when we left my nephew was bleeding from the multiple drip injection attempts.

This was worse that worse of an experience. How can you not be able to locate a vein ? Yes he was pale but the hospital only attempted once and the drip was in .

He then said we should come back when my nephew is discharged. To do what exactly?
