What was meant to be a consultation with a reputable neurologist Dr G Modi based at the brantus medical facility ended up being a cause for a great amount of discomfort and a sheer waste of time for myself and my kids having to firstly wait for at least 4 hours in the waiting area even though I had a scheduled appointment for 2,30 pm on the 6th of December 2018 To add to the frustration there were patients who walked in much later than me and we're seen to by the doctor prior to me being attended to, it seemed that this doctor was being selective in who he consults first

After enquiring from the Secretary in the rooms, a Mr Ali., who was absolutely arrogant and had an attitude problem for a retraction of my appointment seeing that nothing was being done and requesting my file back he removed my I. D copy and handed it to me and then simply tore the file up as though I'm some sort of worthless nonsense that shouldn't be treated with at least a little bit of respect This is pathetic and doesn't medical ethics ensure that a patient is served on a first come first serve basis unless there is a medical crisis in the hospital which requires the emergency to be attended to first

Such doctors despite their reputation in their field of scope deserve to be named and shamed in society and even reported to the medical board and should even be barred from practicing medicine Do they not remember their promise to serve one and all in a fair and honest manner and not discriminate at all As for the brantus medical facility such doctors need to be removed from your facility as your facility comes into disrepute. This sort of treatment wasnt at all fair towards myself and most certainly my kids had to experience such pathetic behavior which undoubtedly has affected them as well I await an apology from the doctors rooms and the secretary as well personally failing which this matter will not be put to sleep so quitelly and this doctor will be exposed along with his antics and alot of people will be disgraced and shamed in the public eye all in the hope of exposing such filth in order to save other individuals from a similar scenario. Shame on you Dr G Modi. U will named and shamed. Be prepared for the consequences of your own actions
