No service but had to pay for a service

The reviews on Dr G Kaplan are the reason i chose him, however my experience today left a sour taste in my mouth, not only was he dismissive towards me but he made me feel like i was wasting his time, upon arrival not only was there a mix up with my appointment time but the consultation fee as well, i advised DR Kaplan that i had two holes that needed fillings and that there was one tooth that was painful and over and above this i asked for advise on a way forward regarding the shape of my teeth because I wanted to have crown implants for the front teeth, instead of assisting me he told me that he i needed to see an orthodontist and that he cannot see any holes in my teeth and was not going to assist with cleaning them, i walked away 15min later upset and appalled in the way in which he addressed me, he was condescending in the manner in which he spoke to me and told me that i should appreciate the "sound advice" he was giving me which was to visit another Dr, what part of "i don’t see any holes go visit another Dr" would be considered as sound advice? especially when you have a patient that you are taking money from but won’t even help with the fillings or the painful tooth? you took my money without even trying to help me and i feel ****** and disappointed that i trusted any of the reviews on here,
