Disappointing service- Patients be warned!

I thought this doctor was good and his personality is lovable but he is really really bad at his job! Been going to Dr Hart for a long time. However, as of late, I was wrongly diagnosed, lots of guesswork, medication given which lead to a bad allergy where I had to call the ambulance, bad communication regarding payment of my bloods. I brought this to his attention and did not take responsibility for his actions. Very disappointing. My family goes to Dr Hart and sadly we will not continue.
