Dr Badenhorst practice not available for emergency

I am a client of the Dr, but when I phoned to make an appointment for my son in current emergency with fever, vomiting, headaches and neck pain I was told he is not a client and not an emergency and when I tried to ask further but I am a client, the secretary put the phone down in my ear. I have supported this practice and really thought they were different. But apparently not.
