Dr Ho is a good professional surgeon.. Hoever, his receptionist sucks! I had an appointment this afternoon and she told me that my wife could not be in the waiting room with me, as only ONE person can be in the waiting room at a time. She must wait outside the practice standing. According to her, these are the Netcare rules. I was told to leave if I don’t follow the rules. I googled the Netcare rules and there is NO such rule! They do state that only one person can accompany a visiting patient. I am disgusted in the manner she dismissed my concerns for my 71 year old wife who has a back problem to go and stand outside while I wait for the Dr in the waiting room. Needless to say I left!
